At thinkTEC 3D, we offer various options for the surface treatment of additively manufactured components.
In addition to sanding, colouring and painting, we also offer various special coatings, such as EMC coatings. We also offer all surface treatments individually as a service.

Grinding
The vibratory grinding (trowalising) or manual grinding of 3D printed parts.
Colouring
We offer the colouring of additively manufactured parts, both as part of the manufacturing process and as a service.
Painting
Do you need a specific RAL colour, a textured coating or an EMC coating for your 3D printed part?
Together with our qualified partners, we can implement your requirements.
Colour printing
Functional parts in high detail and full colour without affecting the mechanical properties. On request, we can also support you in creating a coloured 3D model
Chemical smoothing
Chemical smoothing creates homogeneous and smooth surfaces for additive components.
This is particularly important in the food and medical sectors, as there is improved washability and the inhibition of bacterial formation.
Textures
With the help of textures, you can refine and individualise your additive component.
